About Addisons Plumbing & Heating

A Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating company looking after homes across East Kent, from a dripping tap to a full bathroom or a new boiler.

Who we are

Plumbing, heating and gas, done properly

Addisons Plumbing & Heating covers the whole job: boilers, radiators and heating systems, bathrooms, kitchens, pipework, gas safety and servicing. Fully qualified and Gas Safe registered (No. 660156).

Every job starts with a free, no-obligation quote and finishes with a clean-up. Pipework is fitted neatly and discreetly, designed to look right in your home as well as work.

Our sister company, Kent Powerflush, specialises in powerflushing central heating systems across the same East Kent towns.

The owner

Meet Pete, the owner of Addisons Plumbing

“I’m Pete, with over 15 years of experience in the trade and running Addisons Plumbing & Heating. Fully qualified and Gas Safe registered (No. 660156).”

“Stress-free plumbing, professionally finished to a very high standard. Always happy to provide a free quote, and I look forward to supporting your plumbing needs.”

Pete also runs Kent Powerflush. Customers across East Kent review both on the same Google profile, and they tend to say the same things: on time, tidy, and the job explained properly.

Our story

Why Addisons?

Addisons Plumbing & Heating grew out of more than 15 years on the tools in homes across East Kent: boilers, radiators, bathrooms, kitchens and a lot of copper pipework.

It’s a local company, not a franchise and not a call centre. When you ring, you speak to the people who’ll do the work. When we quote, we’re the ones who turn up and fit it, so the quote is something we have to live with, and we price and plan it properly.

Addisons is the sister company to Kent Powerflush, our specialist powerflushing business. Same engineer, same number and the same Gas Safe registration (No. 660156). Kent Powerflush holds a 5.0 rating from 22 Google reviews, and many of those reviews are for boilers and heating work by the same hands that look after Addisons customers.

What we care about is simple: work that’s neat enough to photograph, advice you can trust, and customers who call us again.

Our promises

Six promises we keep on every job

No small print. This is how we work whether it’s a dripping tap or a full bathroom.

  • A written quote before anything starts

Free, no obligation, and it says exactly what’s included. If something changes once we’re on site, we talk to you before doing it.

  • The person who quotes does the job

You won’t meet a salesperson and then a stranger on the day. The engineer who looks at your job is the one who does it.

  • We turn up when we say

And if we’re held up on another job, we tell you, rather than leaving you waiting in.

  • Honest advice, even when it’s cheaper

If a new washer will do, we won’t sell you a new tap. If a boiler can be repaired sensibly, we’ll say so.

  • Tidy from start to finish

Dust sheets down, mess cleared up, and your home left the way we found it, only better.

  • Aftercare on a direct number

Our work is guaranteed, and if you ever need us, you call the same number and speak to the same people.
